Cancellations & Refunds

 

If you place an order and decide you’d like to cancel, you have until the material has been shipped to the installation team (typically 48 hours after you place your order) to notify us for a full refund. If the material has already been ordered and shipped to the installation team, you will receive a refund, less a 25% restocking fee.


Refunds will be issued on the original credit card used. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to process (up to 21 business days for debit cards), depending on your banking institution or credit card issuer.
